Bullying someone isn’t fair in any way. Many kids and even adults were a victim of this and this includes some WWE Superstars as well.
You might wonder how someone would take the risk of bullying a WWE wrestler?
Well, here’s the thing: Some of them were bullied before they become famous or were in the process of becoming one.
WWE Superstars were not wrestlers from the beginning. There have been some wrestlers who were bullied in their past. This is a big problem and even the WWE had launched the anti-bullying campaign in the past to help children and adults from bullying.
Let’s take a look at 5 WWE Superstars who were a victim of bullying but fought against it and eventually came out on top.

#5 The Rock
The Rock is arguably one of the biggest superstars in the history of the company. He has achieved a lot of things in his career, but it’s hard to believe that he was also bullied in the past.
In the past, he had to move from one place to another because of his dad’s wrestling schedule and for this reason he was bullied. He revealed that the kids there would make fun of him by calling him as “The New Kid”.
This continued to happen for a long time and even remain the same when he first got into the WWE. Here Shawn Michaels’ Kliq would make fun of him because they didn’t like him. This was also a reason why we never got to see a Michaels-Rock match.
According to some reports, Shawn Michaels did almost everything to stop The Rock’s early push in the WWE, but the Most Electrifying Man didn’t give up and proved everybody wrong. Not only now he has become one of the most successful wrestlers in the world but also made a name for himself in the Hollywood scene.
#4 Natalya
Natalya is an independent woman, but at one point, she was also bullied as a kid. In an interview, she revealed that she had a very broken voice in the past and kids used to make fun of her about this.
But now she knows how beautiful her voice is.
In another interview, she revealed that some kids would make fun of her because of her dad’s wrestling persona.
She didn’t speak a word to them but instead, listened to everything and faced the situation. She also revealed that she was afraid to go to school because of this incident.
Natalya has also admitted that she is still being bullied by wrestling fans on social media, but now she can block them and avoid the bullying.
#3 Sheamus
Sheamus is a former WWE Champion. He is currently working in a tag team with Cesaro. He has been in this company for a long time but many of his fans may not know that he was also bullied. People said to him that he can’t become a successful wrestler but he proved them wrong. He won the WWE Championship and had some of the best months of his life in the WWE.
In an interview, he explained how bullying helped him become his biggest power.
He may not be the most amazing wrestler in the world but it’s a fact that he has made a name for himself in the wrestling world and has proved everybody wrong.
#2 John Cena
Some time ago, WWE superstar John Cena teamed up with Crocs to spread a message and encourage people to be themselves. His message behind the campaign was great. He revealed that he was also bullied as a kid.
He then worked hard on himself and gained some muscles. He also revealed how this affected the kids that were bullying him.
Then he revealed how this whole bullying thing helped him in finding his real passion.
It’s obvious why he always spreads the “Rise Above Hate” message in the WWE. Cena has revealed his struggle in the past but has also learned how to deal with bullies and prove them wrong. Now, he always tries his best to inspire other people who are being bullied.
#1 Stephanie McMahon
Stephanie McMahon is one of the most powerful women in the wrestling industry. She isn’t a wrestler but still, tough to deal with. From being a shy young girl to one of the best heel figures, Stephanie had a lot of change in the past few years. But, she wasn’t like this since the beginning.
She was also bullied in the past and in an interview revealed how she dealt with it.
She then revealed what advice her father to deal with it.
It’s no shocking why the WWE has started the anti-bullying alliance. Bullying is something that needs to stop as it is not good for anyone. However, with the rise of Social Media, where anyone can say about anybody, it’s only increasing. But, Stephanie has no fear as she knows how to deal with them.
